Q. Prices
A).The prices are not valid for the partial shipment, unless it’s remarked in quotation.
For smaller or larger quantity, please contact us.
B).Small orders for our standard items are most welcome. The delivery may be short when it’s in stock.
However, there has a handling charge has to be billed for the following:
1. Total amount below US$1,000 via Express Courier or Post Office is US$30.00 Switch to FOB Terms:
2. Total amount below US$1,500 via air freight is US$50, T.B.A. if excessing.
3. Total amount below US$3,000 via sea freight is US$150, T.B.A. if excessing.
4. All banking charges outside Taiwan including the postage charges are for account of customer.
* A copy of Certificate of Origin has to be billed US$10.
* Please be noted that the validity of quotation is 4 weeks.
* S-Conn reserves the right to adjust it once the prices are invalid.
General Packaging Standard for Cable Assembly (Bulk Packed)
1.All cables are bundled by film in 50 or 100 pcs unless customer has any special requirement.
2.A white stick in 3″ X 2″ with cable description, bar code, place of origin is printed.
3.All cables are packed with a export carton to protect it for transportation.
Note:
1. S-Conn reserves the right to pack it with less quantity once the connectors or cables is larger than normal.
2. Any specific requirement on packaging, please point it out at your RFQ.
3. For RF connectors, what we quote is for commercial grade and indoor usage.
* If there’s any special requirement, it should be specified at your RFQ.
* Meanwhile, it’s not included any testing unless it’s requested as it has additional cost to reflect the cost for material and other concerns.
Q. Terms
T/T in advance or against irrevocable L/C
Q.Ordering
The Company executes orders to the Customer’s exact requirements, and does not substitute one Product for another unless instructed to do so, or unless the Product has been superseded. Subject to stock availability, the Customer may place orders for any quantity.
Q. Packaging
Unless there is any special requirement on orders, the standard packaging is Bulk Packed in Export Carton.

Q. Delivery
The Company shall use all reasonable endeavors to ship on or before any promised delivery date or within any delivery periods agreed.
Normally the standard items should be available in 35 days.
Q.Order Cancellations
Cancellations or part cancellations of an order by the Customer can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement to terms which will indemnify the Company against any expense incurred. In the event of part cancellation the Company reserves the right to invoice for any difference in selling price applicable to the quantity dispatched up to the time of cancellation.
